Tim Hortons Team Member interview questions

Simple questions were asked - what would you do if the line is too long? What if a customer complaints? Are you ready to do more than assigned? Are you ready to clean?

I met them at a Tim Hortons, only had one interview in person. They mostly care about your attitude, they want people that smile a lot. Some locations are better than others in terms of the customers you get (they mentioned downtown Kingston having difficult customers)
