I applied in-person. I interviewed at Tim Hortons (Corner Brook, NL)
Interview
Comfortable and great as a first interview experience. I was nervous at the time but it quickly became easier. I got the job very easily and it helped woth my confidence in the future
applying through their online hiring platform timshire and then they contact you if required for the interview usually email to your email address you provide while filling up details it is pretty better way to apply online then handing resumes in-store
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Usually things related to customer service and if you have a previous experiences then it will be most about that
It was pretty intuitive. One round interview. Most of the questions were pretty simple, mainly concerning workplace culture, what you bring to the company, and why you want to be a part of the team.
