One of the worst process in India.
The hiring process is slow and pathetic, you need to call HR multiple times and most of the time the HR is on leave.
I have given all rounds and its been 15 days already with no response.
I guess I have wasted my 5 precious hours and energy.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Easy ds/algo questions.
The interviewer seemed dumb and non interested in interviewing
I am sorry to hear you did not have a good experience with us, and you did not hear back from us in a timely manner. We strive to provide the best candidate experience to everyone who interviews with us, and this is something we are constantly working on. Thank you for providing us with feedback.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Twilio (Irvine, CA) in Aug 2019
Interview
I received an email within ~a week of applying from the recruiter to set up the call. The recruiter was aware of the position/team and interested in knowing about my background. He explained to me the process and informed me about the online coding assessment. I completed the online coding challenge and got invited for the onsite interview. Onsite-interview was very well organized. It consisted of 4 rounds including coding, system design, behavioral and technical-behavioral. After onsite, the last round was on a video call with the Director of Engineering.
