I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Twilio (Bengaluru) in Sep 2020
Interview
The HRs in India are unprofessional, rude and unhelpful. It was a pathetic experience for me.
The interviewers are very good and had great conversations with them, but all of them were from USA.
I wish the company hire better HRs.

Question 1
I had 6 rounds of interview and a hackerrank test.
The coding questions are LC medium and design round was more focussed towards my projects.
Thank you for sharing your experience, and I apologize you were treated in this way. This behavior is not a reflection of the experience we strive to provide for candidates. We are evaluating our process and making improvements as we continue to grow in India. I hope you will consider giving Twilio another chance in the future.
Was given a HackerRank question over email, didn't get past this phase. I'm not sure what the rest of the process would have been like. I only communicated over email

Got ghosted after the first round. Recruiter sent me link to hackerrank test for initial screening. There were couple of questions which were of medium difficulty with time limit of around 60 minutes. After completing the tests successfully I never heard back from recruiter.
