Recruiter reached out after I applied online. Sent me a hackerrank test, on which I scored 100%. Dead silence for a month. Followed up to notify about a competing offer, and they sent out a generic rejection a day after. My problem with their recruiting is, if I was in consideration for the role, which is why the recruiter out, and I scored full on the test, which means nobody could have performed better, how did I suddenly qualify for a rejection with no further rounds? If I wasn't in consideration at all, then why reach out and send a hackerrank test and waste my time? DO NOT treat candidates as disposable entities. Value their time. You are not a large or prestigious company and if you do not respect candidates and potential employees, you will go down the drain pretty quickly.
