I applied the position through the school. I got the interview invitation later. I was asked to do two questions. The question is the top K most frequent elements. I was then stuck in the sorting part. After it's over, I find it's a typical coding question.
I interviewed at Twilio (San Francisco, CA) in Oct 2016
Interview
Had an initial phone call with recruiter. We seemed to connect and he said that he'll get in touch with me about next steps/interviews over the next few days. However, he stopped responding to my emails/messages after that. It's ok if you think a candidate isn't a good fit, but have the courtesy and spine to communicate that to the candidate.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Twilio in May 2012
Interview
I was contacted by a recruiter who encouraged me to take part in a phone screen. The hiring manager missed the first call. It was clear during the rescheduled call that they had not reviewed my application materials. The hiring manager was also quite uncomfortable with a straightforward description of their business model, preferring instead to present their business in extravagant, hyperbolic terms.
