Ulta Beauty interview questions

I was contacted by the HR recruiter to setup and interview. I met with her and it went well. I next met with the hiring manager, and I also thought that interview went well. I followed up a week later with the HR recruiter find out status of position and received no reply.

Nobody was prepared for my interview, the way they had the counter set up wasn’t efficient or hygenic, they had nobody watching me, so it was like they brought someone in to do a service they didn’t have to pay. that was it.
