Ulta Beauty interview questions

The interview is a group interview. They ask you about why you want to work for the company and previous customer service experiences like when you went above and when you handled an issue.

The process was long and it seemed like I was asked the same questions by multiple people. I was also met with weird vibes when asking about past experiences of people in the postion I was applying for. It seemed like something wasn’t being said that was resulting in the high turnover.
