Ulta Beauty interview questions

Tag team of managers going back and forth reading what ulta says then asking what you say, mostly about leadership. I think I dodged a bullet at this company, very unprofessional. They want someone uneducated and cheap. Beauty professionals with ACTUAL experience RUN. Company full of non professionals.

The interview process was very welcoming. I felt like it was more of a conversation than just a list of questions. I left feeling very appreciated. The recruiters gave me a glimpse into what the work culture was like.
