Interview
The interview process was comfortable, and the interviewer asked many questions about sales and product knowledge. My interviewer said she wanted to move forward and schedule a second interview, but when she grabbed her team member to get scheduling information I was then told they already went with someone else.

Do you have experience in promoting and selling memberships/loyalty programs?
I interviewed in person and was asked a few short questions as well as a mock customer interaction. The interview took place on the sales floor so be prepared for others to potentially hear your interaction.

Interview
There was no phone screen. I came in for one interview with the store manager and another member of the management team. They asked me what seemed to be standard interview questions for the position. After the interview, the store manager told me to expect a follow-up the next week. No one from the management team ever followed up. I tried calling a couple times, and left messages but my calls were not returned.
