The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Ulta Beauty
Interview
12 interviews and no follow up or feedback! Was contacted after I reached out to someone on LinkedIn. Interviewed with a GM in person, who put me in touch with several other GM's, met with 5 different district managers, then more GM's. Each time I was given the idea and impression that they were selecting me, yet I received no call back, was just sent to interview with more people. A few of the DM's seemed very disorganized and none of the postings on the website were active. interviewing takes a lot of time and energy and after 12, yes 12 interviews, Ulta has wasted plenty of mine!

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Ulta Beauty (Toms River, NJ) in Aug 2015
Interview
Met with general manager at a local Starbucks. Really relaxed interview. It was supposed to be a group interview, but the other person didn't show up. Talked about myself and was asked basic questions like why Ulta, what is your favorite makeup product, etc.
