Ulta Beauty interview questions

I received an email from recruiter asking for a telephone interview, this was day after I applied online. Morning of interview, recruiter confirmed time & called 10 mins late. After going over my resume, which I submitted & she didn't have, I was informed the position was already filled. Offered a lower position & then made to feel guilty declining. I was shocked when she admitted to already knowing the position was filled before calling me. Very unprofessional

phone interview with the GM and then a panel interview onsite. The GM interview went for about an hour and then the panel took about two hours. Had to wait for them to get started as they weren't ready for me, but then it went fairly smooth. We then went through and walked through the warehouse and was briefly described the processes.
