Ulta Beauty interview questions

On site interview, at which time I went in to see the manager. It was a one on one interview, but low pressure, I felt very comfortable in a relaxing environment. I was asked about myself, my job history, why I wanted to work there, if I minded working weekends, and if I was flexible with my schedule. No stupid questions, like other employers ask.

Group interview. Six girls including myself. Two managers were present. Interview took place in the back room which was cramped with a couple chairs placed together. Most unprofessional interview I ever been to. One girl showed up in yoga pants and converse another in sandals, and maxi skirts with splits on the side. I was the only one who brought a resume.
