Ulta Beauty Sales Associate/Cashier interview questions

I applied online and within a week the Assistant Manager called to schedule a group interview. There was four of us who were interviewed by the Manager. After she explained what skills/qualifications they were looking for, she went around and asked each of us different but related questions. I heard back less than a week later with a job offer.

It was a group interview. Some people came in late and some looked like they just walked off the street. Very unprofessional. People conducting interview looked awful. You work in a beauty store. Wear makeup and fix your hair.
