Unsure of everything but “what do you know about the payments industry”
The hiring process was not transparent. The recruiter was not very responsive and seemed unclear about the process. I was ghosted after three rounds. I believe there was a lack of communication between the recruiting team and the hiring team. I was initially informed that the interview would focus on SQL technical skills, but it instead centered on my past experience, analytical skills, statistical analysis, and some basic machine learning questions. Additionally, some information in the job description was misleading based on the discussions with team members. But my experience with the hiring team was positive overall.
