Well, if you are referred internally by employee, the interview is nothing but fun and sure-fire way of getting offer. if you're stranger or applied on-line, then it's going to be hard and interviewers are eager to grill you with leetcode questions and most of the time, it's just for HR record until they get someone they know.

Hackerrank Test -> 1 Telephonic -> 3 Rounds of Onsite Interviews Pathetic HRs. They do not reply. Do not listen. They gave me rejection after 15 days of interviews. I have had all of my rounds onsite. But, still they said we are not counting one of your interviews you have to give an interview on skype. I was fine with it. They didn't scheduled an interview. Most pathetic company. Most pathetic HRs.
