I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Visa Inc. (Austin, TX)
Interview
Invited to the job fair to apply and talk about opportunities. Recruiter, manager or HR was not present. Interviews conducted by various engineers, even recent graduates, for different roles. It was hard to tell who was interviewing for what roles. Few asked me to go talk to someone else. Not clear if there was any interest, or what the next steps would be. New graduates and junior programmers seems to be more lucky.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Visa Inc. (Foster City, CA) in Mar 2018
Interview
The interview came long after I submitted my resume, I am actually not expecting one.
The process has 1 phone interview + 5 round onsite interview.
Each onsite interview takes 45 min.
I applied through college or university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Visa Inc. (New York, NY) in Mar 2018
Interview
I applied through college university. Got Hacker rank test a week later and then a phone interview explaining java concepts like polymorphism and examples of stack and queue. I could not spontaneously give the examples and the interviewer did not give much time to think
