Visa Inc. Senior Software Developer interview questions

Initial tech screening via an automated system (be warned no debugging available, all within browser window). After that a technical questions and culture questions session with the lead and manager of the team I was applying for, both very lovely folks and very professional After that a discussion with senior management + director of department. Alot more big picture, questions on how you would handle staff and your own personal views on what is important in a team and development

Interviewer just threw questions. Asked few basic questions and one coding question . She gave the question and did not discuss at all. I tried to discuss the approach but all she cared about was the output (given 20-25 mins). At last she randomly cut the call, saying time is up. Very bad experience from such a good company.
