Interview
I was interviewed for a position in trialpay team in San Francisco. First round was a 30 min tech screen with the hiring manager followed by a one hour hackerrank. Next round was two one hour Skype video technical interviews with 2 engineers from the team.
They dont do onsite but they do a three Skype video interviews. I had 3 video Skype interviews (one with hiring manger and two with Sr Engineers on the team each for an hour). Recruiter got back to me saying that feedback was positive and next was a one hour interview with the VP and mentioned that would be the final one. Interview with VP went well and he mentioned that they would get back to me soon.
I reached out to the recruiter to check if he had got any feedback and he mentioned that he would let me know soon. It has been two weeks since I was interviewed by the VP and tried reaching out to the recruited but they have ghosted me completely.
Here is the advice to the recruitment team in Visa
You have all the right to reject the candidate if the team does like the candidate but after the candidate has spend 8 hours interviewing with you it is a basic courtesy for you reply to the candidate/ let him know what is going on.
I am sorry to say this but this is highly unprofessional on the VISA part

Interview
Hackerrank test, Coding round with the Director, Onsite. I have given lot of interviews with different companies so far, but this is the only company that has employees with too much attitude who insults the interview candidates. I work for a startup and my company provides security solutions for Cloud. The interviewer who was a senior engineer and worked at Visa for almost a decade had no idea of what my company does, but told in a sarcastic way that nowadays startups using the word "Cloud" and "AI" is more like buzz words and never let me explain. I felt very bad. I would never reapply for any job at this Company.

Interview
I had to go through five rounds which includes one hacker rank and 4 technical round.
Recruiter's attitude was bad while offering the package.
Since I was referred by an internal employee, the recruiter was not happy with it. They wanted the candidate to come from the outside vendor so that they can have a commission from it.
This is what I felt when I spoke about compensation after clearing all round. She was very rude.
