Round1: Technical. Telephonic screening. Round2: Written Test Round3: Technical cum Managerial. Round4: Managerial Just like any other interview, mostly it depends on the person who is taking the interview. My experience was good with people who took the interview till Round3. The person who was taking the round4 was a complete nerd of its kind. He was more of showing himself off as someone who is very high profile, bond kind of creature, the entire 45 minutes of interview was a one sided talk heading nowhere, surprisingly, at the end, he told that I will have to go through 2 more rounds of telephonic interviews as a standard process of selection. And its been a while I am waiting for those 2 more rounds. Pathetic experience!
