I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Visa Inc. in Jan 2024
Interview
Sloppy. Recruiter would not send calendar invites when asking for availability for screening calls, just said they would call sometime during the range of availability I gave them.
Took two weeks to respond after completing Code Signal assessment, again called by the recruiter asking why I didn't respond to their previous email that I had passed (there was no previous email).
Virtual onsite started with a system design interview. The interviewer had no way to virtual whiteboard, asked me to find something to use and share my screen. Then behavioral. The last interview of the onsite, the coding interview, I was not asked a coding question - just behavioral. When I asked about the nature of the interview, the interviewer was surprised, and ended the interview shortly after, ahead of schedule.
Recruiter called the next day to schedule another coding interview because they "didn't get enough data in the first coding interview" to make a decision (obviously).
Ghosted since that last interview for 3 weeks now.

1. First round was code signal -had 4 coding question.
2. Interview with engineer - Role was for something, he asked me about something else.
3. The interview was postponed thrice. No value for anyone’s time.

1. Interviewer started asking me questions about topics I had not mentioned in my resume. Very unprofessional.
2. Recruiter Suhel Pasha was the only one who responded to any query. Other recruiter did not even respond to any mails or calls. Her initials are MP- if she is your recruiter then only god can save you. Both recruiters are from a firm called smart recruiters . Just be careful if you encounter one.
Overall very positive interview process. The interview process was smooth. Three rounds of interview and next day heard back from the Manager that got selected. And yes, I have joined the company
