I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Wargaming (Belgrade) in Jun 2024
Interview
All the staff I spoke to seemed to be very pleasant and polite people.
First, traditionally, a recruiter interviews you to synchronise, talk about the company and ask you basic questions about you and your experience.
Then they schedule a team interview where you'll talk with the lead of your future team.
The last step is a conversation with the hiring business partner and the department lead.
At any of these stages, the company may ask you to complete a test task

Question 1
A story about myself and how I became a UX designer
I applied for the Level Artist position at Wargaming this year back in February. The HR interview was pretty light, just an introduction and some info about the company and the role. The second interview was technical and I haven't felt any difficulty. We discussed the project in detail and I was asked some questions related to the software and workflow that I use. I haven't got the offer because I was not willing to relocate.
