Wargaming interview questions

1. Meeting with HR (10 min) 2. Testing task 3. Meeting with hiring manager (1.5 hour) where we discuss my testing task as well 4. Meeting with Head of department and UX Researcher (1 hour)

There were several stages of the interview. It wasn't always transparent what was going on. They offered to talk in parallel about several roles (a separate stage for each). There was completely different requirements for these roles (in one they were looking for more technical specialists, in the other - with good soft skills. This depended on the person who conducted the interview, although the responsibilities and specifics of the work were the same for both roles. overall, I liked it and joined the team.
