I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Wargaming
Interview
Video interview over zoom, ran for around 30-40 mins with a good pace. Meaningful and important question related to the job were asked and I did not feel pressured to answer things quickly. Had ample time to think through my answers and respond in a conversation style interview.

Question 1
Tell me about yourself and what you expect to gain from this role?
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Wargaming
Interview
The whole process took about a month. A bit tedious and drawn-out especially for the conditions they offer: a slightly less-than-average pay for this industry, no relocation assistance whatsoever. People seemed quite pleasant though; the open and constructive feedback provided by the team during the hiring process is appreciated. The No Relocation Assistance policy for this position was made clear from the start , so at least they are transparent. However, it is slightly puzzling to say the least, especially knowing that they do offer full relocation support for other positions in the same office. If a company gives such unequal treatment to their candidates, there's little chance it gets better once you're hired. Also, haven't heard a word about their diversity/inclusion policies, which is also a turn-off.

Question 1
"Tell us about a situation in the past where you had problems in communication with your manager" or something along the lines, and other basic questions.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Wargaming (Vilnius) in Aug 2023
Interview
It was an interview with a hiring manager from the beginning, skipping those pointless interview with recruiters where they just check if you’re normal. The conversation was very nice and straightforward.
