Wargaming interview questions

The interview takes place in two stages. The first is a call from an HR specialist from the main office in Serbia, and the second is an on-site interview. Everything is quite clear and logical; they evaluate real skills and work experience. The tasks are explained in great detail.

Alright. They were very focused on performance management, perhaps I didn't give the answer they were looking for as they kept repeating the question about this subject, though I felt I gave good, clear and comprehensive answers.
