Large panel of people asking basic questions, this was over zoom and some of the panels didn't even turn cameras on. Was asked the same questions multiple times by different panels
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Wargaming (Nicósia, Nicósia) in Mar 2023
Interview
Three steps: - First call with HR: 30 minutes. Really nice and introduced a little bit about the company. Small red flag when they avoided answering about the salary range - Second call with two team members: 90 minutes. Discussion on your curriculum and projects with questions related to your skills, followed by a case study discussing a possible problem that you may encounter when working with them. - Third call with the team leader: 60 minutes. Discussion about their current streams, what they are working on, and current challenges. Questions on the previous case study. The main issue with the interview was the language barrier. All members of the team had difficulties speaking English and were phrasing some questions incorrectly or in a manner that was difficult to understand. There is also little to no diversity in the team.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Wargaming (Nicósia, Nicósia) in Feb 2023
Interview
The overall experience is okay. However, I did not apply for the job, their HR found me on social media herself and she could see from my CV that I am undequalified for the position. She still invited me to the interview and I decided it could be interesting to try, so I did. The HR sounded really surprised when we talked about my experience and I told her honestly about the technologies with which I have none about it. But it was all stated in my CV very clearly.
