I was given an art test where I got a brief with 3 topics to choose one, few reference illustrations and a some renders to use (optionally) as a base. I was asked to deliver one finished illustartion in one week. They don't pay the test but at least they gave me a feedback why I got rejected.
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Wargaming (Singapura) in Dec 2021
Interview
1. The HR's attitude was good in the email, but she began to belittle me and retort everything I said.
2. The most impressive thing is that she said, ''I can't see any value in you'' again and again.
3. I kept being friendly and smiling at her; even though she was rude, it still couldn't make her kind.
4. She also said that I didn't prepare enough for the interview, even I answered all her questions.
5. She didn't preview my CV and kept asking about my background, which I already wrote in my resume.
