Wargaming interview questions

It was a 2 stage interview. First stage was a take back home programming task. Second stage was an HR stage. Mostly asked about my values, experiences in past jobs.

The interview process consist of 4 interviews, first with a recruiter than with the management team. The recruiter was logical, fast, asked relevant questions. The hiring manager asks questions that are generic and not focusing on the imporrant things from.your resume, maybe he does not even check the resume. Nor he asks some task, which would be better
