WeWork Community Leader interview questions

I had to go through four rounds of interviews with mixed messages and expectations. First with a recruiter, then with the assistant regional director and senior manager, then with an actual community manager and when I asked for higher pay they made me have another interview for a specific location that was supposed to be more demanding.

Good interview process - in total it took about 2 weeks from initial HR video interview, to in-person interview, to a building visit. You get to visit a WeWork building, meet the team and have 1:1 with each team member
