I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at WeWork (New York, NY) in Feb 2017
Interview
I started with two video interviews over google hangouts. Then I was brought in for an open-house style interview at HQ. I was interviewing for the community lead position, but they offered me the community associate position. I was offered the job in less than a week.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Tell me about a time you disagreed with your supervisor, and how did you handle it?
I applied online. I interviewed at WeWork in Jun 2017
Interview
Strange experience, not bad and not good to be honest.
I sent my resume and motivation letter on wework website. I have been contacted the day after by an automatic email for an online interview invitation on the app take the interview ( TTI ) .
I had to answer three questions only ( too quick ). No human interactions (I love people interaction, connections, sharing emotions especially for a first contact.. ) Technology should be a support to human being not the opposite :)
The process was easy, simple, quick but not enjoyable.
Started with a recorded interview answering basic questions about background at how I heard about the job. Moved on to a google hangout with a recruiter and to an in-person interview with multiple Directors. Rolling interviews in process at this time.
