Interview
I first had an phone interview via wechat with hr then was invited to attend the hiring event. Around 30 people came and you had to be very active during the entire event to draw interviewer's attention. I was lucky to be invited again for a one-to-one interview the second day. But it was a pity that the managers seemed not very interested in me. I wanted to know the reasons but hr didn't reply my instant messages. Instead she just forwarded a normal rejection email. I wanted to know the reasons and tried to improve myself...
Had a phone interview, and was then scheduled for a 2 hour interview at one of their locations. It seemed like a positive experience overall, and I sent out a thank you email the same day; however, I never heard back. Disappointing, unprofessional, and reflects very poorly on how they run their company.

Video screening followed by 3 back-to-back in person 30 minute interviews. The staff were incredibly rushed interviewing people all day for one open position and admitted to not knowing my resume/application at all. I never heard back from anyone at the company following the interviews.
