WeWork Community Leader interview questions

I first had an phone interview via wechat with hr then was invited to attend the hiring event. Around 30 people came and you had to be very active during the entire event to draw interviewer's attention. I was lucky to be invited again for a one-to-one interview the second day. But it was a pity that the managers seemed not very interested in me. I wanted to know the reasons but hr didn't reply my instant messages. Instead she just forwarded a normal rejection email.
