I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at WeWork (Londres, Inglaterra)
Interview
Initial interview was a google hangout where I spoke with the talent acquisition manager. She then invited me to attend an assessment day. The day started with some team building and 'getting to know you' questions and then went on to 'speed dating' style questions where you were asked 2 questions in 4 minutes. Interviewers weren't really prepared for efficient answers and sometimes led to dead space. After another team activity, people were split off into groups to walk around and talk to some of the customers, all of which were unsuccessful applicants therefore it was a waste of time. Overall the vibes were a bit cliquey with all of the 'interviewers' and not one person went through my resume or asked about transferable skills, it was mainly a case of how much research did you do about the company.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at WeWork (Londres, Inglaterra) in Feb 2018
Interview
I had a total of four interviews with various levels of employees at WeWork.
Shortly after applying I received an email asking if I would be available for an Google Meetup phone interview. This was a basic screening - they asked questions to find out a bit more about you and what you know about WeWork. Two hours later I received an email inviting me to the next interview with the Community Director.
This second interview was an one hour long in person interview. Questions were direct and easy to follow, however sometimes similar e.g. "what is your greatest strength?" followed directly by "what is your super power?". Two hours later I received an email inviting me to a day at a WeWork location later that week.
My third interview was with the Community Manager. We had a quick chat, where after she took me on a tour of the facilities. I was asked some basic questions where after she tested my knowledge on the role of a Community Lead. For this interview you are encouraged to ask as many questions as you can. This was a bit difficult as I already asked many questions in my previous interviews. But you have to show that you're interested in the inner workings of the company.
I then had the opportunity to work with the Community Associate, helping her with her duties. You have to help potentially members by answering questions, help members when they are experiencing some difficulties, allow access to certain areas, manage check-ins, help with mail/ package collection and chat with members about their companies.
Two days later I was invited to my final interview with the General Manager. This was a 30 min casual chat about who I am as a person; very easy going interview. It was a very good experience. At the end of this interview he announced that he and everyone else I interacted with gives a thumbs up and I received an offer from WeWork later that afternoon.
I can only say that I had an EXCELLENT experience thus far with WeWork.
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at WeWork (Chicago, IL) in Sep 2017
Interview
This was an initial Google Hangout interview. The interviewer asked a lot of questions that she already knew the answers to from my resume, and already knew she would be displeased by (apparently). Felt like a massive waste of time, and degrading to be told my resume "just isn't that impressive." The interviewer then suggested a different position that she had just filled but could put me on a waiting list for. A little bit insulting.

How would you frame your experience as proper preparation for this position?
