Interview
The interview process took place over a few weeks. I had 3 different interviews - the first was the initial screening, then an interview with an editor, and the last was an interview with a different editor. Everyone was very kind and they really seemed to value my time.

Question 1
How has your recent work helped you understand the publishing industry?
I applied online. I interviewed at Wiley (Oxford, Inglaterra)
Interview
The first round of the interview was conducted through the app the company uses, where you you have to answer ca. 8 questions whole your camera records you and sends it straight to the company. You have around 10-20 seconds to prepare your answer and then 1-2 minutes to answer the question. Really didn't like that part of the recruitment process, as it feels very impersonal and you're essentially talking and looking at yourself on a time limit. Once you get past that stage though, the face-to-face interviews are always with lovely people. Overall, a positive experience, even though the position was offered to somebody else in the end. One con I'd mention though, would be the fact that the whole process takes quite a long time - it took around 5-6 weeks in my case.
