Initial screening with a recruiter, then two video calls with hiring manager and team. The entire process was very disorganized with interviewers coming late, canceling last minute, and communication was inconsistent. Interviewer didn’t even have my resume for one of the later rounds and was generally unprepared

First round would be l1 interview where they will be assessing technical efficiency
Second round would be client roundthis was for tlm developer position

Good process with three levels of interview L1 technical, L2 technical + managerial and then HR discussion. The role was for a Java Developer with SBI client. The question difficulty was easy to moderate.
