The interview process was a phone call and then three 30 minutes interviews. All over zoom. They were very timely in getting back to me. The whole process was about two weeks.

Interview
Everything went smoothly until the final phase. The final interview round was a bit traumatic. One interviewer was 13 min late (which is ok) but he started the interview by saying « I’m not gonna start explaining why I am 13 min late am I! » extremely agressive. well, I did not even asked. Another asked so many specific questions about the company (I mean specific data questions which you’ll have to have a photographic memory to know these things) and these questions had nothing to do with the subject of the interview I was given in advance which is not fair-play.
The most annoying part is that I have been told I will receive an answer the following week.
The answer arrived 4+ weeks later. I have sent an email before that to the HR rep. To ask for a feedback something, and completely ghosted.
I don’t get this attitude. 4 weeks later I receive a template rejection email. A respectful tech company such as Twitter should treat its applicants a bit more respectful throughout the process, it might be better for its reputation. And by the way not getting an offer is totally ok - but being treated this way is not.

At first communion was great, everything went smoothly and I received prompt feedbacks. After final interviews - HR completely disappeared and stopped answering emails. I asked for feedbacks but got no answer, really dissapointing since I spent some time preparing for each stage. Will not recommend, a big company as Twitter should not let candidates feel devalued!
