Yandex Project Manager interview questions

HR interview - fairly basic, questions about previous experience, take home case (how would you improve certain scenario / user journey), presentation of the take home case with the hiring manager and the team lead then the last case with the Y.do CEO

Structured approach with several steps, but sometimes there are time gaps among them and it is not clear what's happening for the candidate. So you have to ping hiring team to get any feedback.
