Yandex Project Manager interview questions

Process was enjoyable, and feedback didn't take long. There were four interview sections after HR screening: project management, product management, technical ( with system design questions), and the final one, which lasts 1.5 hours and covers all the previous topics. The last section of the interview is known to be quite demanding, as the interviewer aims to gauge the depth and breadth of your knowledge. It is important for you to pay close attention and provide as many details as possible to showcase your expertise.

I applied online it took 4 weeks. First I had a call with recruiter, we discussed general work conditions and salary range. She also gave me some links to prepare for the interview. Then we called with Yandex employee for a technical interview. Task was completely irrelevant to job description. But the person was very polite and carefully listened my answer. Then answered all of my questions about company. A few days later recruiter came with feedback and reported that I was (surprise - surprise) declined.
