First of all, I applied for the job opportunity on a job portal. After resume reviewing, I was expected to record a video about my self and my experience written on my resume. Then I solved the tests that they expected me to do. The next step was that I was called for the assessment day and a case study. After all, I was accepted by the company.

I interviewed with HR first. Then they called me to take a talent tas which was easy and an english test (3 questions, how would your friend describe you, why want to work in banking industry, write an essay about banning fast-food) and later they called me to talk with the director.

It was in a nice environment. We were all university graduate students. They gave a speech about the company before out one to one interviews. In the interview, there were one IT, one HR employees that I talked to. They were positive and it was a nice experience.
