The process was unnecessarily long (around two months), and there was a clear lack of respect for the time and effort of candidates who reached the final round. During the final meeting, the director was dismissive of my input, despite asking questions unrelated to the job. It was evident they did not value the fact that I had successfully passed every previous round. Moreover, I was not asked any questions about my experience, case study or my presentation, which was surprising.
Initially, I assumed it might be a stress test designed to provoke a reaction, so I maintained professionalism and avoided being confrontational. However, it turned out to be the actual interview, and my entire performance was judged based solely on this meeting.
This experience completely changed my perception of the company. I would not recommend them based on this process.
