Many rounds over a long period of time and eventually got rejected. The interviews seemed to go well but I think they are just trying to be nice to provide you with a 'positive interviewing' experience. All in all I had 5 interviews and one informal interview then find out that I wasn't selected. Everything was well organized. I thought I did well in most of the meetings. Thinking back I'd actually rather honesty and ongoing feedback versus secret rating down.
