I applied in-person. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Zara (Toronto, ON) in Jun 2015
Interview
Walk-in applicant, got a call about two weeks later telling me to come in for an interview. Was a group interview in the middle of the mall which made it very hard to hear anyone talking. Had to do two group activities and two questions. Received another call a week after that telling me I got accepted. References are necessary.
I applied through other source. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Zara (Toronto, ON) in Jun 2013
Interview
The interview process was very well organized and executed professionally. I participated in a group interview with two other potential employees. The interviewer was well informed and allowed participants to engage with each other in a competitive atmosphere. Through guided Q&As participants were able to discuss each other's answers, whether to add their own opinions or to support another's. The group interview took no longer than 20 minutes and was notified within a week for a follow up interview. The following interview took place within a week of the phone call. I met with two more interviewers for this 1:1 interview who challenged my knowledge on the company. Almost immediately after the interview I was notified that I would begin working the next week.
