The manager who interviewed me made me feel very comfortable. However the interview was very informal. It was standing up while next to the cash register, not in a private room. However, the interview was easy and I got a offer for when can I start.

Generic questions that make it difficult to stand out from other candidates so it’s hard to tell what makes them choose you , felt very impersonal and cold, I think it’s because there is not a lot of customer service in zara stores
