Recruiter reached out through Linkdin, Process was very fast, after interview they made the offer next day. HR was very helpful and seemed nice although later they changed the contact person(another HR) , he was a bit intimidating thought but overall process was smooth.

3-4 back to back rounds by SSE, architect and Manager. The only architect has technical knowledge, so really easy to crack it. There is no formal format or ratings for candidates, It is based on who is the interviewer. One of the person interviewed me, was not competitive enough to take the interview, If I sound have been the interviewer I will never hire him, not even the base position.
