The questions were interesting! Both professional (How do you keep track of applicants from different sources; How do you promote the culture of growth in a company; How often do one-to-one meetings between the manager and employee happen; How often should salaries be reviewed, etc.) and personal (What is the most insoghtful HR document you read; If you could choose any company in the world to work for, what would it be; Why did you decide to work in HR, etc.)
Why do you want to leave your current employer, ( or why did you separate from your previous employer?) I ask them about their ability regarding the position they are interviewing for any why they should be the candidate of choice. I ascertain the candidates personality to ensure there will be no cultural disruption if they should be hired.
Please try to be as detailed as possible regarding the technical question, business case, etc.
