What would you bring to the role?
A real world case study involving a lot of analysis and math. I was expected to do a few pieces of it mentally, without using a calculator. They wanted to know my thought process, rather than the actual result.
Very few questions were asked, none were unexpected.
What do you believe are the most important aspects of successful Project Delivery?
Almost entirely behavioral interview questions ("tell me about a time when ... "). Again, this seems fairly standard. They dug deep with follow-ups to the initial behavioral content, so it seems less important to have scripted material prepared for these interviews, and rather to have a deep familiarity with your reasons for being there, your past experiences, and your future contributions to the team.
