The conversations were diverse and complex. Most of the interviewers wanted to know stories about how I'd overcome obstacles in past challenges, and what I felt my greatest success was. In each interview until the final, I felt solid connections were made and the conversations were authentic. None of the interviews were very technical except perhaps the first where I met with the Analytics lead. The others were more leadership oriented.
Describe a situation where you chose to give up short term gains for long term gains.
Please tell me about a situation where you recognized you current path was not viable and you needed to make a shift. What was the scenario? How did you determine you needed to alter the plans? How did you align your team and leadership on the change?
Technical interview went into asking about Microservices definition, when to use them, why they are better than others (if that is the case), also into types of databases and when to use what type of database. Also to explain your contribution to technical design.
