Tell me about your product management process
All rounds focused on in depth cyber security knowledge, experience and how one would collaborate with peers and cross team. The interviewers focused a lot on cultural fit as well as technical skills. Final round with the hiring BU head was purely on conflict management at work, cultural fit etc.
Tell us about your recent achievements
The conversations were diverse and complex. Most of the interviewers wanted to know stories about how I'd overcome obstacles in past challenges, and what I felt my greatest success was. In each interview until the final, I felt solid connections were made and the conversations were authentic. None of the interviews were very technical except perhaps the first where I met with the Analytics lead. The others were more leadership oriented.
