Estuvimos revisando a grandes rasgos el desempeño de la compañia, la calidad y distribucion geografica de sus Clientes y como ellos actualmente contribuyen al crecimiento de la compañia. Adicionalmente me hicieron una bateria de 5/6 preguntas sbre logica de mediana complejidad, para luego concluir que las respuestas formaban parte de una evaluacion inicial para luego, coincidir en el perfil que mejor se adapte a mis conocimiento y recibir una oferta acorde.

No difficult questions, if you have real world experience there's nothing "difficult". What is difficult is to explain to the very detail why made a choice among alternatives and if you are like me you think, "it's b/c I felt it was the best thing to do according to my experience and judgment of the situation". Well , such an answer is the worst you can give but on the other side whatever you say will sound like the most stupid thing you could do to your interviewer's hears and he/she will let you know.
