No difficult questions, if you have real world experience there's nothing "difficult". What is difficult is to explain to the very detail why made a choice among alternatives and if you are like me you think, "it's b/c I felt it was the best thing to do according to my experience and judgment of the situation". Well , such an answer is the worst you can give but on the other side whatever you say will sound like the most stupid thing you could do to your interviewer's hears and he/she will let you know.

They provide a sampling of their guiding principles so that you have some structure. Their guiding/leadership principles amount to 30 different points., from which they draw their questions. They use the STAR method. They emphasize not using the same examples with the different interviewers. Thats a strike against you. So if you have a minimum of 7 interviews and 30 leadership principles there is a potential of 210 questions to draw from, from which they recommend you write out examples prior to the interview. They also stated up front they know that no one is perfect and that it can be a stressful process. They seemed very reasonable and especially kind, except for one. Looking back, I'm not sure how sincere they really were, but I will look at the experience as a learning opportunity as I continue my job search. For those interviewing with them, my advice PREPARE. I felt I had prepared well and followed to a tee their STAR method as I used in interviewing people, and provided great examples, I was apparently not what they were looking for and I'm sure something better is around the corner.
