I personally did not experience any questions that were out of the usual. All of the directors, VP's and SVP's I interviewed with were very kind, warm and welcoming which made the interview process a great experience. But, in a few of the administrative roles, the panel of admins that I interviewed with were so unprofessional and rude that they went above and beyond to put me through the ringer with interview questions that they thought would be very difficult to answer, or they would ask the same questions in 2 or 3 different ways. I was ready for all of their questions and had intelligent answers for what ever question they through my way, which seemed to irritated them even more. I can definitely say from personal experience and working at Starbucks for almost 3 years that there are several different administrative team that work in various departments throughout corporate that are very "Clicky and Caddy"! Which is too bad because all admin teams need to work cross functionally in order for the senior leadership they support to be effective!
